Fairlie Financial (also referred to as "the Company”) is an existing company that has worked with the Canadian mortgage broker community and mortgage insurance providers for nearly 30 years. Currently the Company has created an insurance program that seeks to be part of the point of sale solution known as Expert, a product of Filogix, which is itself a subsidiary of Davis Henderson. Filogix is a company that works with the entire mortgage broker community in Canada. Fairlie Financial has developed a program called Real Estate Assurance for Lenders, and will work as an intermediary between mortgage brokers and homeowners, creating a partnership between homeowners, mortgage brokers, and the Company. Fairlie Financial will stay with clients to develop long term planning for needs over a client’s lifetime. The Company will work on a referral basis, attracting clients and building a network of mortgage brokers as its REAL Insurance program becomes the established alternative to traditional mortgage insurance to homeowners and mortgage brokerages across Canada.
